The choreography draws from Chinese classical dance within a contemporary ballet framework, emphasizing leg movement and fluid extension. The costume responds with a ballet-inspired expanded skirt reimagined in a non-traditional silhouette to support motion. The color palette is inspired by ink and bamboo, while the surface pattern evokes bamboo shadows moving softly in the wind, enhancing the dancers’ sense of energy and flow.
